The NJ Heist 14U team focuses on developing strong fundamentals while introducing athletes to the competitive showcase environment. Playing events across New Jersey and the Northeast, our 14U players gain valuable game experience, improve their skills, and begin learning the college recruiting process. At this stage, the emphasis is on growth, teamwork, and preparing for the next level in their softball journey.
