The NJ Heist 12U softball team is focused on teaching athletes the fundamentals of fastpitch while building confidence and a love for the game. At this level, players are introduced to competitive tournament play across North Jersey, New Jersey, and the surrounding region, where they gain valuable experience against strong programs. Our 12U athletes work on hitting, fielding, and game knowledge while developing teamwork and discipline. The goal is to prepare players for the next level of softball with a strong foundation, setting the stage for long-term growth and future recruiting success.
