Led by a dedicated coaching staff, the NJ Heist 18U Elite team continues to compete at the highest level of fastpitch softball. This fall, the team will travel across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Northeast, facing top competition and showcasing their talent in nationally recognized recruiting tournaments. The Elite program is designed not only to give athletes maximum exposure to college coaches, but also to help them build the work ethic, confidence, and resilience that prepare them for success in college athletics and beyond.
