Since 2006, NJ Heist Softball has been North Jersey’s leader in travel and showcase fastpitch softball, helping young athletes grow into confident players and strong individuals. With teams from 12U through 18U, we create an environment that challenges athletes to sharpen their skills, compete against top talent, and open doors to college recruiting opportunities.
At NJ Heist, we believe success comes from more than wins on the field. Our program is built on hard work, resilience, and family values, teaching players to push through challenges, support one another, and strive for excellence in everything they do. We prepare players to succeed in the biggest moments of the game — and at the next level of their softball careers.
Heist Legacy:Our College Commits
One of the proudest traditions at NJ Heist Softball is watching our athletes achieve their dream of playing at the collegiate level. Since our founding in 2006, NJ Heist players have gone on to compete at Division I, Division II, and Division III programs across the country.
Our College Commits section highlights the athletes who have worn the Heist jersey and continued their careers at the next level. Each commitment represents years of hard work, dedication, and the values that define our program: grit, discipline, and excellence.
